This place is the bomb! Place place for shaved ice anywhere - I guarantee! 😀. She has an incredible menu with all kinds of recipes or you can create your own fav. Portions are HUGH and printing is fixed. On top of all that service is outstanding with a friendly smile and help if needed. You have to go to this place.

I really wanted a shaved ice but it seemed like more of a drink with ice. Way too much syrup. Maybe they just had an off day but I expected better from the reviews

I love this place! to start off, the prices are very reasonable n the proportions are big, for example, their small size for 5 dollars are just right, even for 2 people! they dont charge extra for toppings, got gummy worms for both bottom n top + plus more toppings, workers are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially for first timers!

We love this place! Definitely the best texture of shave ice anywhere, and we love their flavor options and combos. The owner is literally the nicest person ever and I have not had a single negative experience with any worker. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The value for the money is really good, especially since you can get all your extras at no extra charge! I only wish they had a "mini" size cup so that my hyperindependent toddler can have their own, and so that my insulin resistant self can have a little treat without feeling too guilty :)

Wild West Shave Ice at 1640 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201 Today I had one of the most awesome experiences. First one the hostess/ cashier or the person who took my order had a very energetic personality. I felt very welcomed as a customer. Second I feel like low-key this is one of the most unique and cool places to visit in the City of Denton. It's a shaved ice location. Not to mention the deal that you get on the sizes and the amount. I was ordering the large and she talked me down to a medium (the price as of 2025 was $6🤯) and I was extremely happy that I got the medium. You definitely get your money's worth. This also includes any topping 😍 Instantaneously this is my go-to spot. Thought I had another spot that actually is seasonal but now this place is open more throughout the year. They definitely will be getting my patriotism continuously as a customer. Two 👍👍 thumbs up five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars highly recommend the experience.
